24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy. TSGSAN has a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $25. This policy is in place out of respect for our installers and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
